She made the remark while addressing the first convocation ceremony of Nepal Open University held today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the ceremony, Prime Minister Karki awarded degrees to 545 students from the faculties of Science, Humanities, Education, Management, and Law. Of them, 191 graduates were present on the occasion.
