{"id":419381,"date":"2025-11-06T18:09:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T12:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=419381"},"modified":"2025-11-06T18:09:19","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T12:24:19","slug":"bhattarai-suggests-institutionalization-of-gen-z-demands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2025\/11\/06\/419381.html","title":{"rendered":"Bhattarai suggests institutionalization of Gen Z demands"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"modal-header\">\n<div class=\"modal-title\">\n<h4 id=\"headline\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\"><strong>Kathmandu:<\/strong> Former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has called on representatives of the Gen Z groups to institutionalize the demands they raised during the demonstration.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\">During a political dialogue held between the Nepal Socialist Party (Naya Shakti) and the Gen Z groups, Dr Bhattarai, who is the founding chairman of the party, observed the Gen Z movement reflects the collective voice of new generation, so this voice needs institutionalization through the current government.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\"> &#8220;It is imperative to formally sign an agreement with the government to make historic this transformative movement,&#8221; he stated, adding, &#8220;If it is not institutionalized, it suffers losing its aura and importance.&#8221;<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\"> Dr Bhattarai also addressed various inquiries from the Gen Z representatives, noting that the constitution has shortcomings for his party&#8217;s had little influence during its drafting. The leader asserted it is now up to Gen Zs how they complete this constitution. <\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\">Party coordinator Durga Sob highlighted that the party had previously engaged in discussions on social issues and now support the transformative direction set by the Gen Z movement, function as an alternative political force. <\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400\">During the event, the Gen Z leaders, including Santen Rai, Prabhat Labh, Arnav Chaudhary, Bikas Rasaili, Amit Khanal Urja, Pradip Pandey and Majid Ansari, put forth their views on Gen Z protest and unfolding political development in the country.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>RSS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: Former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai has called on representatives of the Gen Z groups to institutionalize the demands they raised during the demonstration.
