{"id":403281,"date":"2025-03-04T12:05:13","date_gmt":"2025-03-04T06:20:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=403281"},"modified":"2025-03-04T12:20:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-04T06:35:08","slug":"irrigation-project-launched-in-kapilvastu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2025\/03\/04\/403281.html","title":{"rendered":"Irrigation project launched in Kapilvastu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"367\"><strong data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"124\">Kathmandu, March 4:<\/strong> Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Deepak Khadka, today inaugurated the implementation of the Shankarpur Lake Integrated Irrigation and Water Resources Conservation Project in Bijayanagar Rural Municipality-2, Kapilvastu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"501\">The project aims to provide irrigation facilities to 700 hectares of agricultural land in wards 3 and 4 of the rural municipality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"730\">The Water Resources Management Project is overseeing the implementation, and the contract for the project was signed on December 17, 2024, between the Project Office and Babul Lumbini Sanskriti JV, Siddharthanagar, Rupandehi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"855\">According to Project Chief Avinashi Sigdel, a total of 1,715 households in the locality will benefit from the initiative.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1010\">On the occasion, the minister emphasized the need to complete the project on time and urged locals to remain vigilant in ensuring its timely execution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1101\">The project has a two-year completion deadline and an estimated cost of Rs 190 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1101\"><strong>RSS<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, March 4: Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, Deepak Khadka, today inaugurated the implementation of the Shankarpur Lake Integrated Irrigation and Water Resources Conservation Project in Bijayanagar Rural Municipality-2, Kapilvastu.
