It is a demo version and would be employed later.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is designed to systematize the growing work pressure on staff, as the office handles an average of 200-300 customers daily.<\/p>\n<p>With a limited workforce, it has become increasingly difficult to manage the influx of visitors. The robot will assist customers with general inquiries and provide answers to over 600 NTC-related questions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, plans are underway to integrate advanced technology into the robot to further strengthen its service capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The robot is capable of communicating in both English and Nepali languages, making it accessible to a wider range of customers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu, Nov 17: Nepal Telecom (NT) has introduced a new robotic service aimed at enhancing customer support and improving operational efficiency.
