{"id":393860,"date":"2024-11-06T07:03:20","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T01:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=393860"},"modified":"2024-11-06T07:05:16","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T01:20:16","slug":"gandaki-province-assembly-member-rajib-gurung-convicted-of-attempt-to-murder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2024\/11\/06\/393860.html","title":{"rendered":"Gandaki Province Assembly Member Rajib Gurung convicted of attempt to murder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday convicted Gandaki Province Assembly Member Rajib Gurung, also known as Dipak Manange, on the charge of a murder attempt.<\/p>\n<p>A division bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Tek Prasad Dhungana handed down the verdict against Gandaki Province Assembly Member Manange by upholding the verdict of the Patan Appellate Court.<\/p>\n<p>Elected from Manang district in the province assembly, Manange is also the former province minister.<\/p>\n<p>The then Patan Appellate Court had sentenced Manange to five years in jail.
