Kathmandu: Radio Nepal has conducted orientation training for its newly appointed employees.
While inaugurating the training held at Radio Nepal’s central office in Singhadurbar today, Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Ramkrishna Subedi, who is also the chairman of Radio Nepal’s Board of Directors, urged the newly appointed employees to provide services through their creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Secretary Subedi stressed that new and old employees should be active in the progress of the organization with necessary coordination and collective spirit.
He pointed out the need to move forward by making Radio Nepal technology-friendly, taking the new technologies that are developing in the world as a challenge.

Acting Executive Director of Radio Nepal, Khagendra Khatri emphasized that the staff of Radio Nepal, which is run by the taxes paid by the people, should use their skills and knowledge to make the broadcasting of Radio Nepal more effective while fulfilling their responsibilities towards the country and the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


He informed that the Board of Directors of Radio Nepal has decided that there will be no discrimination in other service facilities including clothing allowances for the employees on shift basis and contract services working in Radio Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tilakjung Budhathoki, a member of the Board of Directors of Radio Nepal, said that the newly appointed employees will understand more about Radio Nepal through the orientation training, and both the employees and the organization will benefit from this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Deputy Executive Director of Radio Nepal Krishnachandra Paudel said that the orientation training will give employees more motivation to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The training was facilitated by Head of the Training Branch, Janardan Bista and will be held till 2nd August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
