Mohammad Mahatab Alam, Sheikh Saraj (also known as Sheikh Sheraj), Badri Sahani are the other three to be sentenced. The defendant Mukti Shah received a clean chit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Matrika Prasad Acharya found Alam and four others guilty in the charges in the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were number of charges against Alam including involvement in the production of explosives and offenses relating to murder. But, Alam was denying those charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The District Attorney&#8217;s Office in Rautahat filed the case against Alam on 4<sup>th<\/sup> of November, seeking life imprisonment on the three counts of crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 11 people were charged in the crime. Alam and noine were accused of burning injured ones in bomb explosion at a &nbsp;brick kiln. And remaining one was accused of aiding the crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident occurred on April 9, 2008.
