Chief Secretary Poudel informed that hot gas and smoke might have burnt Bhandari&#8217;s internal organs, so as per doctors&#8217; prescription, he was taken to the National Burns Centre in Mumbai, India via the Shree Airlines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NC observed it lost a senior person with the demise of 86-year-old Harikala who remained active in the democratic movement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The party also paid tribute to the late Harikala and extended condolences to the bereaved family members.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>February 17, Kathmandu: The Nepali Congress has wished for the recovery of its leader and lawmaker Dr Chandra Bhandari&#8217;s health condition.
