Photo: President&#8217;s Office<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Federal Parliament Secretariat said President Bhandari would address the joint meeting of the House of Representatives and National Assembly at 3 PM tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the President&#8217;s address, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal will table the copy of the address separately in both houses of the parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the joint session will pass a proposal thanking the President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a constitutional provision that the President shall address the first joint session of the Federal Parliament after the House of Representatives election and during the annual budget session.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari is addressing the joint session of the Federal Parliament tomorrow, Friday.
