HoR elections will be held on scheduled date: Minister Kharel

Patan (Lalitpur): Minister for Communication and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel said today that the current government is committed to combating corruption through effective governance and ensuring that elections are held on the scheduled date.

Speaking at the inauguration of a week-long religious event at Krishna Mandir in Imadol, Lalitpur, organized by the Shrikrishna Pranami District Service Committee, Minister Kharel urged citizens to elect the right representatives in the upcoming elections.

He remarked, “The present government is rooted in the spirit of the Gen Z movement. Our main goal is to successfully conduct the elections.”

Minister Kharel also highlighted the significant role of religion in society.

Meanwhile, Laxmi Maharjan, Deputy Mayor of Mahalaxmi Municipality, stressed the importance of embracing good deeds and actively participating in social service.
